Greylands Ridge Newsletter November 2008

Firstly we would like to thank you all for your purchases since we launched in Feb 2008.

The Vineyard is looking on target for November. Budburst was on time. We have had one severe frost when we emptied our Dam frost spraying (Some Damage but not serious). We now hope frosts are over and flowering progresses.

Tasting House

Plans are being drawn up for our tasting house facility which should be operational by next summer and we look forward to welcoming you when we spend less time in our “Day Jobs’. The 2009 vintage will also have a “free run’ Pinot noir Rose for you.

We still have some 2006 vintage Pinot left which is drinking better all the time but orders should come in soon.

For Christmas 2008 we are also releasing our 2007 Vintage which is lighter in colour than the 2006 but has excellent flavours.

Christmas Special
December 1st - January 31st

As a Christmas Special, realizing that we are all under economic constraints, both the 2006 and 2007 are available at a “family and friends” price of $28 per bottle, $336 per case inclusive of delivery in New Zealand.

Get the 2006 for your cellar and the 2007 for drinking over the next few years. 2007 is in limited supply due to a low cropping year. You will not be disappointed.

Very Merry Christmas to you all.
